What Payment methods does Earth & Nectar accept?

We accept payments using credit/debit card, PayPal, AfterPay and Zip.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 days from the time the order is placed.

How long does delivery take?

We use Australia Post as our primary carrier. Delivery times are dependent on your location, but under normal circumstances, standard parcel post delivery times are generally 3 to 7 business days within metropolitan areas and up to 14 business days to remote locations. Does Earth & Nectar offer express shipping?

Yes, we do offer express shipping, select the express shipping option at checkout, an extra fee will apply. Express shipping typically takes 2 to 3 days for metropolitan areas. Please note, we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive by a certain day as this is outside of our control.

Can I make changes or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can add items to your order within the first few hours by placing a new order online and emailing us at info@earthandnectar.com

We will amend your order and ensure the best postage option for you, which may include free shipping on order over $200.

Is it possible to track my order?

Australia Post provides email tracking notifications for all packages, so you'll receive regular updates about your order's progress throughout the delivery journey.

What is Earth & Nectar's return policy

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, however, if there is a fault in one of our products, please view our full return policy for more information.

What is an item breaks during shipping?

We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely. Our team carefully inspects each piece and packages them using a double boxing method. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged during transit, Australia Post provides insurance for the first $100. If you would like additional coverage for more peace of mind, you can purchase extra protection for $2.50 for each subsequent $100 at checkout. What is my package gets lost or stolen?

We've got you covered! Each package comes with $100 worth of cover for loss or damage, and Australia Post provides email tracking for every parcel. However, if you want extra peace of mind, you can select the 'signature on delivery' option at checkout for an additional fee of $2.95. This option ensures that your package will only be delivered to you or someone you authorize to sign for it, reducing the risk of loss or theft.

Does Earth & Nectar offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we currently only offer shipping within Australia. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future to include international destinations, so stay tuned!

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are dependent on weight and will be determined at checkout, for example:

  • A flat rate of $9.50 on smaller items weighing less than 0.5kg
  • A flat rate of $12.50 on items weighing between 0.5kg - 1.0kg
  • A flat rate of $15.00 on gift boxes and other items weighing from 1.0kg - 3.0kg

Can I request gift wrapping for my order?

Certainly! We believe that presentation is nearly as important as the quality of our items. That's why all of our gift boxes come in the beautiful white earth & nectar gift box, which is perfect for any occasion. If you would like to add an extra touch and personalization, you can write a personalized message at checkout.

Does Earth & Nectar offer any discounts or promotions?

Can we buy your items at a physical store location?

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can, simply choose 'collect' during checkout and follow the directions in the confirmation email.

Does Earth & Nectar offer custom or personalised pottery?

Although we are not able to accommodate custom requests at this time, we would love for you to explore our range of handcrafted pottery pieces and find the perfect one that speaks to you. How should I care for my pottery?

Please ensure that you follow the care instructions below and those provided with your item to ensure its longevity:

  • Handle with care to avoid cracking or breaking.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent thermal shock.
  • Clean carefully with a soft sponge or cloth and mild detergent.
  • When placing in the microwave, handle with caution as ceramics can become very hot.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Despite our best efforts, there may be times when our items are temporarily unavailable due to high demand or delays in deliveries from our suppliers. However, to help
you stay informed, simply click on the 'notify me' button located on the product page, and you'll receive an email notification as soon as the item comes back in stock.

Will cacao melt in the heat?

During the summer months, cacao may melt during transit. While we take all necessary precautions to prevent this from happening, we cannot guarantee that it won’t. If it does occur, there may be a change in colour or some marbling, please be assured that this does not affect the quality or taste of the product, simply chop into pieces or chips, store in an airtight container and use as usual.
If you are concerned about the possibility of melting, we recommend ordering at a time when the temperature is below 30 degrees, earlier in the week so it’s not sitting in a delivery van over the weekend, and using express post to help reduce time in transit.

Does Earth & Nectar offer gift cards?

Yes we do, we have a range of gift cards for various occasions. Please visit our online store to find out more.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

We understand that sending a gift for an occasion can be tricky! Unfortunately, delivery times are outside of our control. Please see more on our shipping policy for rough estimates on delivery times and order accordingly. We cannot be held responsible for an item not arriving on a particular date.

What are Earth & Nectar's Terms and Conditions for gift cards?

1. The Earth & Nectar Gift Cards can be redeemed at Earth & Nectar for both online and Eventbrite events.

2. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment.

3. The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, after which it will expire and cannot be used.

4. The voucher can be used to purchase products up to the value of the voucher. If the value of the products purchased exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the customer.

5. The voucher is transferable to another person but the purchaser must give written consent to Earth & Nectar to transfer the recipient's name.

6. Earth & Nectar reserves the right to refuse to accept any voucher that it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated or is otherwise invalid.
