Order Processing
We endeavour to pack and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
Shipping Carrier
Sendle is our primary carrier.
Sendle is an Australian-based company which provides reliable and affordable postal services within the country, focusing primarily on small to medium-sized businesses and online retailers. It claims to be the first courier company in Australia to offer fully carbon neutral services.
Domestic Shipping
We currently only ship within Australia.
International Shipping
Sorry, we currently do not ship internationally. However, we are actively working towards expanding our shipping services and hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future. To stay informed, we encourage you to sign up to our mail list so you'll be among the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but under normal circumstances, standard delivery times are generally 2-4 business days within the Perth metropolitan area, 8-11 business days within other metropolitan areas, and 11-14 business days to remote locations.

Package Tracking
Sendle includes a ‘track my parcel’ option so you will automatically receive email updates about the progress of your package throughout the delivery journey.
Insurance
Sendle comes with $100 worth of cover included for loss or damage.
We inspect all items thoroughly for faults or damage before packing. We package all fragile items securely using a double boxing method, so your parcel arrives safely. In the unfortunate event your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please see Sendle Cover page here.
Extra Cover
For items over $100, you might like to take out extra cover. Sendle’s extra cover option provides loss or damage cover for $1.95 for each additional $100 up to $1,500, and can be used to cover valuable items.
If you require additional cover, please email us before you purchase so we can add it to your postal order. We cannot add extra cover once orders have been lodged with the carrier. The additional fee of $1.95 will cover all our gift boxes so you have peace of mind when purchasing a gift.
In the unfortunate event your package arrives damaged or is lost, please email us within 2 business days of delivery so we can commence the damage claim within Sendle's claim timeframe.

Express Delivery
If you require your order to be delivered faster, we offer an express delivery option. Express delivery times are typically 2-3 business days for metropolitan areas. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not liable for any delays or loss incurred by third-party carriers.

Collection Option
We offer a collection option for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Pick-up is available from our location in Roleystone Western Australia. Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will notify you via email including pick up address and instructions. Please note that you will need to provide identification and proof of purchase when collecting your order.
