THE CEREMONY OF CONNECTION

Masala Chai has been a beloved beverage in India for centuries, with each family said to have their own recipe. The word 'chai' is Hindu for 'tea' and 'masala' refers to the mixture of spices, so Masala Chai is Spiced Tea. To this day it is shared as a sign of hospitality and a way to bring people together.

At Earth & Nectar we have created our own signature blend, using seven carefully selected spices. It is made with only pure ingredients in small batches to ensure its quality and freshness. It's rich and warming and one we're sure you'll love!

Apart from Masala Chai's calming effect in Ayurvedic tradition, it is said to have a warming effect on the body, which is believed to help with digestion and boost the immune system. Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and is believed to help with digestion and cinnamon may help regulate blood sugar levels.

Description

Using only pure and natural ingredients, our Masala Chai Seven Spice Blend Boxed Set contains a delicious and aromatic black tea infused with warming whole spices including cinnamon, cardamon, ginger and cloves.

Ingredients

100% Pure, premium black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, fennel seeds, ginger, cloves and nutmeg
100% Pure Raw Western Australian Honey

Preparation

To prepare: Simply add one to two tablespoons of Masala Chai to a saucepan or tea infuser with 200ml of hot water and 50ml preferred milk (and honey or sweetener to taste). Simmer, do not allow to boil. Turn off the heat, cover and steep for 3 to 4 minutes, strain into a cup and enjoy!
