Masala Chai:
- 100% Pure premium black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, fennel seeds, ginger, cloves, nutmeg

Matcha Green Tea:
- 100% Pure Japanese Ceremonial Grade Matcha Tea

To prepare Cacao: Simply add 2 tablespoons of cacao paste (or one tablespoon for a daily dose) to 200ml of hot water and whisk or blend until smooth and frothy. Optional: add your preferred milk, honey or sweetener of taste.

To prepare Masala Chai: Simply add 1 -2 tablespoons Masala Chai to a saucepan or tea infuser, with 200ml hot water and 50ml preferred milk (and honey or sweetener to taste). Simmer, do not allow to boil. Turn off the heat, cover and steep for 3 - 4 minutes, strain into cup.

To prepare Matcha Green Tea: Simply add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon matcha, or to taste, to a dry cup. Add 50ml hot water and whisk till smooth. Add 150ml additional water and/or preferred warm milk and whisk till frothy. Optional: add honey or preferred sweetener to taste.

During the summer months, cacao may melt during transit. While we take all necessary precautions to prevent this from happening, we cannot guarantee that it won't. If melting occurs, rest assured that it does not affect the quality of the product. Simply chop it into pieces or chips, store in an airtight container and use as normal.

If you are concerned about the possibility of melting, we recommend ordering at a time when the temperature is below 30 degrees and using express post to reduce transit time.

However, they will be similar in appearance, size and quality. Any differences in our handmade stoneware adds to the uniqueness of each carefully crafted piece.
